All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Overnight with delivery by 10:30 AM
When checking out, please specify which day you'd like your order to be shipped.
We will try our best to accommodate your request.
We only ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday in order to minimize shipping delays over the weekends.
DOA Policy:
In the case of any dead on arrival, you must contact us within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt with pictures of the dead coral. If the delivery is not accepted by the recipient on the first delivery attempt, the DOA Guarantee is voided. Do not throw away the coral before speaking with us as we may ask for additional info. Once a DOA claim is accepted, we will issue a refund for the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping created by the shipping company, delays due to weather, or a lost or stolen package.

We are not responsible for any dead corals due to mishandling and improper acclimation.
In the unlikely event of a DOA, please contact us ASAP and we will work with you to the best of our ability.
